Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bexmore website and application ("the Service") operated by Bexmore ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 to use the Service. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to break the law or anyone's rights.
• Don't try to disrupt, reverse engineer, or scrape the Service in ways that interfere with normal operation.
• Don't upload content you don't have rights to.
• Don't use the Service to harass other users or send spam.

Your content

You keep ownership of the Finds, photos, collections, and notes you create. You grant Bexmore a limited license to store and display that content as needed to operate the Service for you. We don't claim ownership of your content and we don't sell it.

Marketplace listings and third parties

Bexmore surfaces listings from third-party marketplaces (such as eBay and Etsy) for your convenience. We don't sell those items, we don't control their accuracy, and any transaction you complete on a third-party marketplace is between you and that marketplace's seller, subject to their terms.

Service availability

Bexmore is provided "as is." Features may change, break, or be removed. We don't guarantee that every search will return results, that notifications will be instant, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. We're a small team doing our best.

Termination

You can stop using Bexmore at any time and request deletion of your account by emailing hello@bexmorefinds.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bexmore disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the prior twelve months (which, for free use, is zero).

Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.
