Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Bexmore ("we", "us") handles information collected through the Bexmore Finds website and app (together, "the Service"). Bexmore is a shopping and discovery service that lets you create an account, search for listings, save searches, search with a photo, and save and organize the finds you come across. Information we collect

• Email address — used to create and sign in to your account.
• Photos or videos — images you upload or take to run an image-based search for similar listings.
• Search history — the searches you run and the searches you save, so we can keep watching for new matches.
• User ID — an identifier that ties your activity to your account.
• Product interaction — basic usage information about how you interact with the app's features, which may be used for analytics to understand how the app is used.
• Account details you choose to add, such as a display name, username, or profile photo.

How we use information

• Email address is used to authenticate your account and provide the Service (for example, signing you in and keeping your account working).
• Photos or videos are used to provide the image-search feature — comparing your image against listings to find similar items. These images are not linked to your identity.
• Search history is used to provide the searches you save and to notify you about new matches.
• User ID is used to provide account and app functionality — keeping your saved finds, boards, and preferences with the right account.
• Product interaction may be used for analytics, to understand how features are used and improve the Service.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use the categories above to track you across other companies' apps or websites. When you connect a marketplace account (for example, eBay), we store only the connection details needed to run your searches on your behalf — we never post on your behalf — and you can disconnect at any time from the Integrations page.

Sharing and service providers

We don't sell your data. We share information only with third-party services that help us operate the Service — such as hosting, the database that stores your account and saved finds, email delivery for account and notification messages, and error reporting — and only as needed for them to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.

Links to third-party marketplaces

The Service may show listings that link out to third-party marketplaces and seller sites. If you follow those links, you leave the Service and those sites' own privacy policies apply to anything you do there. We encourage you to review their policies before sharing information with them.

Data retention and security

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the Service — for example, your account, saved searches, and finds are kept while your account is active. When you delete content or your account, we remove the corresponding data, though some copies may persist briefly in backups before being fully deleted. We use reasonable administrative and technical measures — including encrypted connections and access controls — to protect your information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices

• You can edit or delete your saved searches, finds, collections, and notes at any time in the app.
• You can remove images you've used for image searches, and disconnect any marketplace connections, from within the app.
• You can request a copy of your data, corrections, or full account deletion by emailing hello@bexmorefinds.com. We'll respond to verified requests.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over your personal information, such as access, deletion, or opt-out rights. Contact us and we'll do our best to honor them.

Children's privacy

Bexmore is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email before the changes take effect.
